Healthier and more athletic bulldogges bred to the Victorian Era Standards
Olde Victorian Bulldogges are larger, stronger, healthier, and more active than the modern English Bulldog. They have a broad muzzle with a short face, but not too short to hinder breathing. This allows them to be more active members of the family. The modern English Bulldog has lost some of its athleticism and health compared to the Victorian Bulldogge in the 1800's era. We are proud members of the Victorian Bulldogge Association. The registry and its members are all focused on breeding healthy, active, thick, and bully dogs. The OVB is a dog that is loyal and courageous with excellent temperaments.
